Managing Your Member Profile
How do I change my address or update my contact information?
Log into your AIA.org profile and update your contact details anytime.
What is my AIA member number?
Can’t find your member number? No problem!
Email: memberservices@aia.org and we’ll be happy to provide it.
I can’t log into the AIA.org website. What should I do?
Click here to reset your password or retrieve your login information.
Chapter Transfers
I just moved or relocated. How do I change my state or local chapter?
Download and complete the AIA Membership Transfer Form
(You can request this form from memberservices@aia.org )
Email your completed form to: memberservices@aia.org
Allow 3–5 business days for your request to be processed.
ONLINE:
Log in to your AIA account:
Access the AIA website and log in using your credentials.Navigate to your profile settings:
Look for a section labeled "My Profile," "My Account," or something similar in your AIA account dashboard.Update your address:
Within your profile settings, you'll find an option to edit your contact details, including your address.
Save your changes:
Once you've updated your address, save your changes to ensure they are reflected in your account.

How do I renew my AIA membership?
You have options! Renew easily:
Online: Log into your AIA.org profile.
By Phone: Call 800-242-3837 (Option 2).
By Mail: The American Institute of Architects -Membership, PO Box 830080, Philadelphia, PA 19182-0080.
